Seriously an awesome academy! My daughter has been going since she turned 3 and absolutely loves going and loves the instructors. They work with the children and it’s so obvious with the confidence she has gained since starting! A family academy who make the whole family feel welcome and part of journey!

My son attends Flow Grappling & really enjoys it. Coach Briarna, is fantanstic with the kids making it fun whilst teaching. I myself then joined after a free trial & absolutely love it, great for fitness, really motivating & highly addictive. It’s great being part of such an awesome welcoming family. My youngest daughter now trains as well!

We have been members close to 5 years, get your trials booked and see the results for yourself… could not recommend this club highly enough.
